Paul Howell is a licensed attorney in the states of California, Washington and Utah. He actively practiced law for over twenty-five years, concentrating his efforts in the areas of construction law, surety law and related property issues. He has represented prime contractors, subcontractors and surety companies in a wide range of construction, surety, and property matters.

 

He is now a principal member of Ledgestone where he is involved in all areas of property acquisition and development.

 

Dan Clark, CPA has over 25 years experience of construction experience providing: construction accounting and financial services, integrated project and accounting system selection and implementation, construction scheduling and project management services, contract dispute assistance, surety and banking consulting and litigation support. His clients have included international developers, prime contractors, subcontractors, school districts, architects, surety companies, and other private and public owners. He has written and presented construction contract administration and project planning seminars.

 

He is now a principal member of Ledgestone Group, Inc. a central Texas property developer. Dan is a member of the AICPA Construction Industry Practice Group.

 

 

John Howell is a principal of Ledgestone Group, Inc. He started investing in commercial and industrial properties in the Austin area in 2002.    He believes that good business is one that benefits all parties involved.

 

Prior to moving to the Austin area, John was a commercial artist, teacher, and investor in California. Now, as a principal of Ledgestone Group, he enjoys the challenge of finding new deals and working with a great group of individuals.

 

 

Justin Mabey has a professional career that includes real estate, venture capital, corporate business development and high tech startups.   He worked in real estate until the late 1990’s when he founded a tech company.   He then worked with other technology companies, in venture capital, and within corporate development at Dell.   Justin left Dell, returning to his roots in real estate, to become a principal of Ledgestone Group.  

Justin received his bachelor’s degree at Brigham Young University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.   He is married with four children, loves the outdoors and enjoys coaching his daughters’ soccer team.
